This is where it all begins in the legal system. Somebody takes advantage of somebody else, flees the area without paying their debts and presto, we have the makings of a lawsuit. We have developed a specialty in the field of process service. If all process services were simple, there would be no need for our specialty. However, since we all know Paranoid Pete who claims that nobody can ever get him served, we have some very unique ways of getting those papers into the hands of that deadbeat. We have developed our own delivery service (who doesn't just love to get a package). Being experienced surveillance investigators we can also place an individual under surveillance to get the deadbeat served at a grocery store, a gas station, or sitting down in a restaurant to eat breakfast. (These are examples of actual locations where we have beeen able to serve that difficult deadbeat) |
